In 2021,Neighbor Up continued their support of Common Ground projects through small grants in Cuyahoga, Lake, and Geauga counties. Join our community partners to help make your idea a reality, get involved, and do more for Greater Cleveland.

Common Ground has provided approximately $81,000 in monetary support to Common Ground-inspired projects across Northeast Ohio since 2017. Project support exists to help catalyze community-led action in our region following Common Ground conversations.

Instructions for hosts/facilitators

At the end of your Common Ground event your participants will close the conversation with a reflection on possible next steps. If taking action on a community project or other ideas arise, encourage your group to consider applying for a Common Ground Action Grant.
