Join fellow Clevelanders and members of the Cleveland Leadership Center’s Advanced Leadership Institute for a conversation exploring how life in Cleveland would look with better health outcomes. Frances Mills, Interim Commissioner, Cleveland Department of Public Health, and Director, Office of Minority Health for the City of Cleveland Department of Public Health will set the tone for our conversation, speaking to the history of our cities health and health outcomes. Our community conversation will be wide-ranging addressing the social determinants that play a key role in health, and how our vibrant healthcare systems and other institutions and stakeholders can best meet our community’s needs.
